Kevin Zabel is the Communications Director for ARRM, a non-profit association supporting people with disabilities and their care providers. In that role, Kevin applies a decade of marketing and communications experience to guide the association’s strategic mission in a rapidly changing human services environment.

Prior to joining ARRM, Kevin’s career included time with the Minnesota Realtors Association, as their Public Affairs Director and Political Director, and FLS Connect, a political contact vendor, working with their local, state, and national trade association clients in refining and executing their lobbying strategies.

​

In addition to his professional career, Kevin also serves his community as a City Council member in Oakdale, MN. First elected in 2016 and re-elected in 2020, Kevin is in his second term.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Saint Thomas and a master’s degree in political management from George Washington University. He currently resides with his husband Trinity and puppy named Beau in Oakdale.
