Mary Maus Kosir is a driven and passionate professional with over 30 years of experience in non-profit and higher education administration. She is well-versed in strategic leadership, sustainable growth, and innovation to transform businesses.
 

Mary is currently leveraging her subject matter expertise as a consultant to executive leadership and key decision-makers with her own company, Vista Advisory. She advises on business development, innovation, and business advancement in the nonprofit, philanthropic, and corporate sectors.
 

Previously, Mary was with Concordia Language Villages as executive director, and also spent over 20 years the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management in leadership positions. An entrepreneur at heart, Kosir in an enthusiastic learner, educator, and community partner. She enjoys
spending time with her family traveling, gardening, and brainstorming new entrepreneurial endeavors.
