Isaac Russell
Isaac Russell is a St. Paul resident who has spent over a decade in public policy. He spent nine years in the Minnesota State Senate as a legislative staffer and Director of Public Policy at the Center for Economic Inclusion. Currently, he holds the position of Government Relations Director at Allianz Life.
Isaac received a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and his Masters in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. He is also involved in extensive volunteer activities, including serving as a board member for East-West Connections. He has also served on the executive boards of the African American DFL Caucus, the Highland District Council, and East-West Connections.
In his free time, Isaac practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with his family, writes on international relations, studies Russian language, and plays the guitar.
